1. Age and Licensing: All drivers must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license.

2. Vehicle Operation: Please follow all instructions provided by our staff during the explanation. Always operate the vehicle at a safe and controlled speed, taking into consideration the terrain, weather conditions and your experience level.

3. Passenger Policy: Please do not exceed the maximum passenger limit to ensure safe vehicle operation.

4. Alcohol and Substance Use: The consumption of alcohol or any intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited before and during your adventure.

5. Stay on Designated Trails: Please stay on marked trails (Park Arikok) at all times and avoid venturing off the designated paths to preserve the natural environment and ensure your safety. Sand beaches, Dunes and swamp areas are off-limits to any and all vehicles.

6. Respect Wildlife and Nature: While enjoying your off-road experience, please respect the wildlife and natural surroundings. Do not disturb or harm any plants or animals during your adventure.

7. Environmental Protection: Help us protect the environment by disposing of trash properly and respecting any posted environmental guidelines. Let's leave Aruba as beautiful as we found it.

8. Emergency Procedures: In case of an emergency or accident, remain calm and contact our staff immediately. We will provide you with the necessary assistance and support.

​​9. Liability Waiver: Before embarking on your adventure, Primary and secondary driver will be required to sign a liability waiver. This document ensures that you understand and accept the inherent risks associated with the vehicle.

10. Follow Staff Instructions: Our staff is here to ensure your safety and enjoyment. Inspect the vehicle and report any issues it has to the staff.
